Displaying Osprey?

This ミサゴ(Misago) or Osprey(Pandion haliaetus) was doing some kind of strange habit at Rokushou-en this morning. There were at least 2 pairs of birds flying around together in the area. When this individual landed on this cool pose, it started to call its strange high-pitched voice, and hold up its wings. The bird held up its wings for about a minute then put down for 2 or 3 minutes then up again repeatedly. I don't know what this kind of act actually means...a courtship display?

Everything's been very greyish today, actually, since yesterday. I have a serious problem now because my clothes won't get dried up easily and the school is going to open tomorrow. Hope the brilliant autumn arrive very very soon. I'm tired of the rain...
