Waiting for Autumn

So July has been a very busy month for my student life, yet very quiet for birds. Now the summer vacation has started, I still have several days off before flying back to Thailand on August 5th. Until now, most of the free time after the exams were actually spent on hanging out with friends. I think I should go out birding at least once before going back. I'll be staying at home with my family roughly for about 2 months. Hope to resume my birding over there. By the way, as the first wave of autumn waders has already hit many parts of Japan(and Thailand as well!), here I put some of the shots to go along with the current situation. Though these photos were actually taken during spring migration, please forgive me considering I've never put them into this blog before.

Hi Ayuwat,
2 months of having to do nothing except things we love most. How I miss student life ..... minus the exams.

Superb, I hope you will get more time out for birding. I'm just coming back from my first part of trip around Iceland and already got more than 600 pictures !!!! I'll go east now with the family ;-)
See you in 10 days!!
