Sakura Drops

And finally my vacation is over. Spring semester is going to begin in a few days and, yeah, spring in Japan is the best! Everywhere seems to be decorated with these beautiful cherry blossoms and the days seem to be more wonderful than usual. At one moment I felt so relieved, but the flowers remind me every single time their fragile petals fall on to the ground that this beautiful time won't last for long. A rush will happen and my life is going to be switched into busy mode again, not only me but also everyone. That's how these flowers are so important...so weak, so short-living, so precious!

"The cherry blossom; nor is it a dried-up specimen
of an antique virtue preserved in the herbarium of our history.
It is still a living object of power and beauty among us."

Bushido(Way of Warriors) - Nitobe Inazo

Very well put, Ton! Life is fragile and we should savor every moment of it with gratitude in our hearts.

The Dusky Thrush is gorgeous!
