First Hanami

It's been quite a while since the last blog because life was getting busier each day, but now that I finally settled in a new place and the spring vacation has already begun, I could have my leisurely time back! Last Sunday, I rode my bicycle to Beppu Koen(yeah, my new place is in downtown, so I don't have to take busses anymore!), I surprisingly found that the chinese plums were in their full blossoms. But for the famous Japanese "Sakura", well, we have to wait until the end of March to experience that true beauty of Japan! Anyway, what I have here are the pics I took from that day. I can say that it's my first "Hanami" or, literally means, "flower-watching" of the year!

The deep pink plum blossoms are from Kagoshima Prefecture.
