Some more old photos from the hard disk, these shots of a juvenile Grey Heron were taken during a trip to Hiroshima with my best Japanese friend in June 2008. It was in a famous Japanese traditional park which I can't recall the name now, but a really beautiful place. There were lots of Grey Herons in that park and the tall pine trees seemed to serve as their colonial nesting spot. This juvenile one was so tame and I really like the very strong Japanese feeling/setting in these photos I've took.
